Utilising this outdoor seating, Hatch have become a popular 'Lockdown Spot' for those who just need their flat white at 54 degree celsius and rainbow coleslaw in their farmhouse wrap! As for the line, the many Tripadviser reviews assure other users that it's "worth the wait!". I couldn't agree more. I picked up a bag of their homemade flapjack cookies to save some for later and did not regret it.

ReplyDeleteIt’s no brainer that Hatch is becoming one of Dublin’s must go to places for breakfast or lunch. Their modern yet industrial infrastructure is hard to not notice and is very striking.
ReplyDeleteThe café itself serves delicious wraps, sandwiches, pastries and high-quality coffee. Thus, in return gained them a cult following of loyal customers, lining up every single day.
Although they only do take-out options, this wouldn’t be a problem as Hatch’s service is impeccable and they make sure that your overall experience is hassle free. It’s good that they have expanded into Blackrock as they are providing a good place for the locals to congregate amongst one another. Hatch is surely worth the visit if you are around the area…
